  • DELIVERY TIMES

The deadlines for delivery of products vary according to the type of shipment chosen by you.
To consult them just enter the zip code of your delivery address when closing your purchase and consult the deadlines made available by the carriers.

  • I MADE A PURCHASE AND I WANT TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

You can contact the call center via WhatsApp, or send an email to community@gingastudios.com, and inform your order number, so that we can check the possibility of changing the address. We cannot guarantee that the change will be possible, but we will inform you by e-mail.

It is possible to track your order through our website. See in the order tracking tab. You can also check this information via WhatsApp.

  • HOW TO REQUEST THE RETURN OF A PRODUCT

You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 days after reception, as long as it is in perfect condition and has not been used.
The return can generate both a voucher of the same value as the purchase, or be used in the online store or have the full amount of the purchase reimbursed. In this case, the product will first have to be returned to our distribution center, it will go through our quality control and if it is approved, the return will be processed.

  • CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

There will be no shipping cost to the customer.
The product must be returned with its invoice (DANFE). This document may be placed on the outside of the package. Make sure the packaging is sealed to ensure the product safety in reverse logistics.
The product must be intact. We will not accept washed products, used products, products with odors, or products altered by the customer (such as wrist or pants adjustment).
